Your key is on Polar’s confirmation page, and Polar has emailed it to you too.
Entering your key
- Copy your key from Polar’s confirmation page, or from the email Polar sent you.
- Open Keylark, in the side panel or on its web page, and go to Your plan.
- Paste the key in and confirm it. Keylark checks it with Polar, and your plan shows.
Use the same key on up to 3 computers: paste it into Your plan on each one.
What it unlocks
- The full chords on every song, with every change known before it comes on a song you have played before.
- It works for 30 days with no connection, and never stops a song in the middle.
- You can cancel any time, and you have 30 days to ask for your money back.
If something is missing
- No email? Look in your spam folder, then in Polar’s customer portal, where your key and receipt are kept.
- Receipts, and cancelling, are in the same portal.
